Spectrum Cosmetics

Okay, so I cannot contain my happiness with this brand any longer. I LOVE SPECTRUM COSMETICS -- there I admit it. I've been using their products for a year now and seriously OH MY GOSH!!! Their products are gorgeous!--and work wonderfully against my skintone.

So far I only have four of their colors:
Submarine (a luxurious yellow..and I mean yellow. Not a yellow/gold)

Virgin (a beautiful white)

Fatality (a nice, bright red)

Ferric (a brilliant, deep blue)

They are true to their word with their colors. They even put a swatch of every color range with each eyeshadow. For example:

Color charts like this are really helpful when you purchase their products!

Me being African-American, it is so hard for me to get colors that hold their own against my skin tone. I have these specific colors because these were the colors I would have the most trouble trying to get to appear on my skin. Now that I have them, I don't want to lose them! Comparison of Submarine and MAC Chrome. Very close in color. You may

not can tell in the photo but Submarine is actually better in my opinion.

Compare the two in person and Chrome is a much paler yellow,

And Submarine goes on smoother, I get more out of it.

Imagine how they look when I put primer on! I took these with my phone and in horrible lighting. The red and yellow are much more vibrant. Blue and white also, but the pictures show more of their beauty than they did the other two.

All-in-all I adore their products. I'm purchasing more in the near future and you guys will definitely know when they are in! Thank you lovelies, please check them out! Here is what is on my list to purchase soon:

P.S: I failed to mention the fact that this was an independent review. I am not receiving any gifts, money, or other benefits because I'm giving them a "great review". I just hate to see ladies paying hundreds on good quality make-up when they have a chance of getting some good grade eyeshadow for a great price!

Random Update!

Hi! I've decided to give you a quick update on my life before I got to bed!

1) My deco-den case is like, the shiz.
2) I auditioned for Macbeth last night...I got Ross? (I still don't know characters..)
3) I got threatened/followed then forced to buy a HIDEOUS lipstick. --- Good thing I never bought Mint To Be by Lime Crime. Mint is not my color...at all.
4) I got forced to change my senior piece...
5) Made the first 100 on a scene.
6) Still have a D in Government.. :(
7) I have all A's in everything else(:
8) I'm jamming out to All Time Low<3 Remembering Sunday

Tis all, kiss your kitties for me - K? I love you..literally.

Hot Corsets and More!

Okay, I'm pretty sure you guys are tired of seeing these posts but I have to share them! These are some hot corsets made by Ethereal Threads. I'm in love!

They have some great designs and some even better prices! Where else could you find a pink and leopord print corset for thirty bucks? And it not looking like trash? They offer more than corsets too! TokiDoki Barbie

I love her! Is she not adorable is so many ways? I can't wait to own her myself. I think this is one of the greatest Barbies ever. She stylish and chic. Tatted and everything! With some hot pink hair. A definite great buy. I bet most people would have to buy 2 (one to collect and one to play with) or at least I would need two! What do you guys think of her?

Sexy. Hot. Amazing. And many, many, many other things, correct? I believe I'm in love with him. Nah, I know I'm in love with him. We ARE married after all. Ah! Kreayshawn Love

 

There is something about this chick that I love, but hate. I definitely love her music. It has the same effect on me as Bo Burnham. It's a happy medicine whenever I need to smile! And her style does the same also. I love how bold she is! And her vulgarity(: She's definitely unique. But there is something that makes me hate her, and honestly I can't put my finger on it. I find her (and please no one kill me for thinking this) cliche in a way. Overdone. But I still support her, no matter what she's doing! How do you all feel about her?
