Hey Sexy Lady

Hey, Darlings!

So, I just feel horrible for not posting anything lately! I would looooooove to post photos of my experience here at Ole Miss but sadly I haven't really made that many friends (I'm at an audition or meeting almost every darn day! >.>) so none of those yet. I haven't even went to one of these "famous" parties. Oh well...I'm content! Except for my roommate situation...but I'm handling it. I'm not a rude girly but this girl....grrrrrr.

But I still want to give you guys some info. But first: PRAY FOR ME!!!!! I got a callback (eeeeek!) for The Crucible and its Sept 4. Its for the role of Tituba. I really want to be in this play. Pray I get it, please.

And this comes to my next thing...I think I'm dealing with some racism. Seriously...on the campus who is celebrating their 50th year of allowing black students attend. But I'm overrr it. I'm better than these petty incidents. But seriously, if I can't be cast in lead roles because of my pigmentation, then I'll be heading off to my actual dream school in a year or so.

BUT ENOUGH OF HEAVY TOPICS!!!

Guys. I love Christina Grimmie. At first, I liked her. After hearing her cover of the following, I LOVE this chick. I'd have babies with her. Since I'm a man and all.

Speaking of men, the guys on this campus are making me mad. They keep being chivalrous and holding doors open for me and stuff. DON'T THEY SEE I'M A MAN. A REAL MAN. A FREAKIN' COWBOY FOR GOODNESS SAKES!!! Gosh! Seriously!

And also, there is the most adorable guy here. He is like a little hobbit and I want to put him in my purse and keep him forever. I will. It's decided. And there is another - he has some serious class. And the greatest hair (its the prettiest shade of blonde) and he actually remembered my name! I think I shall make him my new best friend eventually. Eventually.

And I've been reading some cool books. I'm too lazy to post at the moment.

Gummy Bears, Couture, Barbies, and Cupcake Bras

If this isn't candy couture, then I don't know what is! This beautiful gown is an original by Hissa Igarashi and Sayuri Marakumi that was inspired by Alexander McQueen's 2008 spring/summer collection. Its created from gummy bears...50,000 to be exact (220 pounds of gummy). Neat, huh? Even if it'd be near impossible to really party in.

This is actually really cool to show, especially since during this time there are a lot of gay pride rallies and such going on. It just fits perfectly!

It took 3 weeks to complete and 3 people to lift. Here is a little info on how the dress was made:

First: They created the shape of the dress using wire.

Second: They covered the shape using wax paper.

Third: They painstakingly glued each gummy bear onto the wax paper. A lot of glue....

Needless to say this inspired a lengthy Google search, and here are my results:

 

  

And after a while I had to Google one of my biggest inspirations, even if her outfits aren't edible:

I really want to see her movie :( But I have no friends and no car to get to Oxford all by my lonesome. Please don't rub in my face guys, please.

ASOS Crave!

So, its another late night for me and I'm  browsing shops! I decided to check out the sale items at ASOS and boy did I create a wish list:

Cute stuff, no? The dress I want..no, NEED the most is the pink one with the beautiful pastel stripes (between the color full dress, and the colorful tank paired with black skinnies).

All of the outfits are on the ASOS Curves part of their page. I love that they have hot, fashionable clothes for both plus size girls and smaller girls. For some, they are a little pricey, but hey! It all looks like its worth it :3 Check them out, if you haven't already. You'll love it<3

Cupcake's Clothes

So I am a bigger lady, in both size and personality! I also tend to love crazy or "weird" things! One of my many personalities is that of a Lolita Girl. When I wear Lolita-ish garb (I haven't saved enough for a legit dress yet D: ) people look at me as if I'm...special. You don't see many plus size ladies that are A) Lolita. B) Confident to wear what they want. C) Both! I, myself, am very confident in my body (after being forced to by theatre - but I am happy for it!) and I love seeing other girls that are plus size and dress how they want!

I found Georgina's blog, Cupcake's Clothes a bit ago and the more I look at it the more I drool!

She's a 22 year old plus size girly from England and she is gorgeous! Her blog has almost everything I love. Lolita, fashion, jewelry, England, pink! And more(: I love all of the little tidbits of her life and fashions. And their are pastels everywhere on her blog...yes<3

I've been feeling down due to some life/family issues and she has given me inspiration for make-up and crafts! I'm excited now :3 Oh! And I am dying to have her outfits and shoes. Those purses aren't looking bad either(: I need to know where she gets them!!!!!

She has also directed me towards new blogs and shops! I am so glad I ran across her blog. I feel like an idiot for not know it before. Check her out, pwease<3

Cool Hair

I am so very bored with my hair. But since I'm trying to grow it out and get back its original thickness, I can't do anything fun to it. *Dramatically flips her weave*  So what I do during moments like these, I look at cool hair ideas and colors that I would adore having.
